My Childhood in BaoThi Vietnam with the Priest

I am grateful to see the priest that I knew since young, as I lived in BaoThi, Vietnam.

The priest still remembers how active I was as a child in the village.

We recalled the work that daddy & the priest had worked on the old TV and antenna to connect the video of the first man to land on the Moon in the 80s from the United States of America.

Today, we meet in the land of the United States of America, Oregon.

I am grateful to meet the priest who remembers my childhood life.

Thank God, Jesus Christ & the Holy Family in the direction of the saints.

  1. I suppose to be an International of who I am.
Even though I want to deny myself of who I am, and I try to cover myself under wings of men.
But that is not what God will for me, and I can’t hide myself.
I keep thinking of the vision and mission God gives me in life, that is, as I am a Catholic baptism in the name of Jesus Christ from a small village in Vietnam. And as I followed my family members to come the America to settle in Oregon for years now. But still something still stir my heart and mind that someday I will no longer get to be in the United States of America, and to be on the land I once know as the land that carry me and others as refugees/immigrations. My status on the land still a refugee on the land. That makes me feel so bad.
But where can I go from here?
