Gifts and talents from God

What I like most in my leadership is the true key of each person who reveals his/her own talents and gifts from God for him/her.  It is such a joy just to find his/her gifts and talents the moment he/she opens up and be the light of his/her own gifts of God, Jesus Christ.

It is such as unique and special gifts and talents from God, Jesus Christ, that are revealed through her/his talents.  It is a discovery of her/his own world.
